An exceptional and highly impressive wall-mounted sideboard designed by Vittorio Dassi in the 1950s, embodying the refined sophistication and architectural purity of Italian Mid-Century Modern Design.
Its suspended silhouette enhancing the elegance of its proportions and the quality of its craftsmanship. The superb warm teak veneer, enriched by finely brass details, creates a warm and sophisticated interplay of materials, revealing the unmistakable attention to detail typical of Dassi’s most refined productions.
Carefully preserved, the sideboard remains in very good period condition and is ready for immediate use. It has recently been polished with shellac to revive the depth and richness of the wood, restoring much of its original brilliance while preserving its authentic character. Minor signs of wear are present, fully consistent with age and gentle use, and contribute to the charm of a genuine period piece.
Already prepared for wall mounting, it will be delivered complete with its wooden hanging bar for secure installation.
