These elegant armchairs display many of the characteristics associated with Gigi Radice’s work during the post-war period: organic sculptural lines, softly curved enveloping forms, and refined brass-supported construction. The chairs feature a distinctive winged silhouette with flared arms and slender brass legs ending in original brass sabots.

Both chairs retain their original upholstery, a vibrant blue abstract textile typical of the period. The untouched condition preserves the authentic character and historical integrity of the pieces, making them particularly appealing to collectors of original mid-century furnishings.

The upholstery has not been restored or replaced and shows expected wear consistent with age and use. There are two localized tears/worn areas at the outer corners of the fabric. Aside from these imperfections, the chairs remain structurally sound and present beautifully.

Their sculptural presence and elegant proportions make them suitable for a wide range of interiors, from sophisticated Mid-Century Modern settings to contemporary and eclectic environments.
